The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kako P.S.Case No.76 of 2017 registered under Sections147, 148, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Chawkidar is the informant in this case. The informant alleged that the petitioners and many others blocked the road and they were raising slogans against the administration. The administration gave assurance for recovery of the victim.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17759 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no use of force. Similarly situated other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 17.02.2018 and 28.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.9419 of 2018d and Cr.Misc.No.10280 of 2018 respectively. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest of surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Rajak, Sub- Judge-4, Jehanabad, in Kako P.S.Case No.76 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
