Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Sections- 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
