Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and Sections 20,22,23,27 N.D.P.S.Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that a live cartridge was recovered from his possession whereas recovery of firearm and cartridges as well as contraband articles are alleged from possession of the co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.12246 of 2019(3) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.63 of 2018 arising out of Turkauliya P.S.Case No.691 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
