02. 25.05.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Forest Case No. 55F of 2013 registered under Sections 2, 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (as amended by Bihar Act 9 of 1990) and Sections 2, 27, 29, 31, 51 and 52 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (as amended by Act of 2006) pending before Sri Rajiv Ranjan Sahay, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah (or its successor).

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
