Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (for brevity, NDPS Act).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that at best, small quantity being 35 Grams of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In the earlier two cases pending against him under the NDPS Act, as disclosed in paragraph 3 of the petition, he is already on bail. Considering the aforesaid submission, prayer for bail is allowed. (1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
