2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/16 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the pretext of marriage, this petitioner procure sexual intercourse with the minor daughter of informant.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Entire allegation is false and concocted. In fact, daughter of the informant had performed inter caste marriage with the petitioner. The case has been lodged after inordinate delay of one and half years without any explanation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail

6. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
