2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354B, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have tried to commit sexual assault upon the victim.
4. The petitioner is in jail since 4.1.2025.
5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Chakmehsi Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
