Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 224, 225, 323, 341, 353, 504 of the I.P.C and Section 3(1)(v)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the police came to apprehend Yogeshwar Yadav. After he was apprehended, the petitioners and others made protest, abused the informant by calling caste name and got the Yogeshwar Yadav released. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the mob and the thrust of accusation is against Yogeshwar Yadav who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 9635 of 2015.
