Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Though, in the FIR there is allegation of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant against several persons including the petitioners. However, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily gone with coaccused Shambhu Kumar, which would be evident from the order dated 26.02.2018 at Annexure-2, filed with the supplementary affidavit.

No.6251 of 2018(5) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 Considering the statement of victim girl, wherein, there is no allegation leveled against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
