Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No.142 of 2009 registered under Sections 120B, 286 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is only political rivalry between the informant and one Kanhaiya Singh.

Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
