JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 328, 379 and 420 of the I.P.C. Allegation is that the petitioner administered a pill of sulfas mixing in tea to the husband of the informant and took away ten lacs rupees and his mobile.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The informant has raised suspicion against the petitioner. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. There is no other substantive evidence to

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. case No.315 of 2016.
