This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 447,406,420,427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he has executed a sale deed for transfer of a piece of land in respect of which a sale deed was already executed by the petitioner's daughter-inlaw. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the transferee of the sale deed executed by the petitioner's daughter-in-law is the informant. He submits that as a matter of fact, the petitioner had title over the land in question and he has

No.23653 of 2021(3) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 validly executed the sale deed and that the sale deed executed by his daughter-in-law is invalid, as she did not have the right, title etc. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances and the nature of accusation as is evident from the case of the prosecution, in my opinion, a case for grant of regular bail is made out.

This application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Masaurhi, Patna in Punpun P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020.
