The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named four persons Suresh Singh, Ramesh Singh, Sanjay Singh and Umesh Singh, the petitioner and alleged that they all fired, but firing made by Umesh Singh did not hit him. The informant received injury from the firing made by Suresh Singh, Sanjay Singh and Ramesh Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant himself stated that no injury was caused to him from the firing made by the petitioner, but the fact is that the petitioner also

Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find the case fit for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks before the court below from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the court below shall dispose of the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day, considering the facts that Sanjay Singh and Ramesh Singh against whom there is allegation of firing and from their firing the informant got injuries have already been enlarged on regular bail the case of the petitioner stands on better footing.
