The petitioner is accused in connection with Sukhani P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 50 bottles each containing 180 ml. country-made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 12.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.23210 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Kishanganj in connection with Sukhani P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Mahesh/- U T
