Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sessions Trial No. 317 of 2019. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2019, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 40732/2019. From the report of the court below dated 10.3.2021 it appears that charges have already been framed against all the three accused persons and summons have been issued to prosecution witnesses for adducing their evidence.

Considering the nature of allegation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 16.3.2018, trial
