Patna High Court CWJC No.6343 of 2014 (3) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 dated 27.07.2011, contained in Memo No. 131 dated 01.08.2011 and the order dated 05.03.2012 contained in Memo No. 243 dated 05.03.2012 passed in Case No. 83 of 2009 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
