2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(A) Issue writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 29.06.2016 (Annexure1 series) passed by learned Presiding Officer. Deputy Collector Land Reforms short as D.C.L.R. Hilsa, Nalanda (Respondent no.4) in Land Ceiling Case No. 01/2015-16 where under Respondent no.4 passed order without the jurisdiction and beyond the law Procedure and

Patna High Court CWJC No.17533 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 directed to petitioners executed deed of sale in favour of Respondent no.6 in Mauza Korwa, Thana No. 95 situated land in question under Khata no.316, Chak No. 170, Area 18.75 Decimal within 30 days of this Revival order. (B) To issue further writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 29.06.2016 and issue cause to that why order be passed without jurisdiction.

(C) To issue the writ of mandamus commanding the Respondents to discharge their legal obligation to passed such order in favour of Private respondent no.6 in illegal manner. (D) For proper action against responsible respondent involve in such illegal manner in such order.

(E) For during the pendency of this writ petition order dated 29.6.2016 passed in L.D. Case No. 01/2015-16 passed by Respondent remains stay.

(F) For any relief/reliefs petitioners may be found entitled to."
