This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner works as a helper in the motor service centre. He has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 01.12.2017. The investigation of the case is already complete. Allegation in the F.I.R. is that stolen vehicles are being brought to the said service centre and the parts of the stolen vehicles are being used in other vehicles coming for necessary mending at the said service centre.
Considering the nature of allegation and status of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23219 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 995 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
