The petitioner has been in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with Vaishali (Belsor) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the present petitioner come into this case only on the basis of his confession made before the police which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that in most of the cases he has been named on the basis of his confession and he is on bail in such cases. It is further submitted that he shall cooperate in the investigation and in the trial, if he is released on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8405 of 2018 (3) dt.06-03-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available in the case diary, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsor O.P.) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017.
