2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was assaulted and unknown criminals looted the money which was being taken away by the informant.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 27.11.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a student having a brilliant academic records.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is a student and has clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikarhna at Dhaka, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 678 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Ghorasahan Police Station, East Champaran on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. This application stands allowed.
