The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.
Accusation is of consumption of electricity energy unauthorisedly in Auto Cycles Store which caused loss of Rs. 15,927/-.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from Annexure-3, the income tax return reflects that the owner of the Auto Cycles Store is son of the petitioner namely Shivam Kumar, who has not been made accused and the petitioner is employed out side the State. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
