The petitioner seeks bail in Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 184/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was carrying two bags of rice after committing theft of the same from the school for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 05 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East
