The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 305/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence brother of informant went outside after taking meal but he did not return. Thereafter on 16.10.2018 dead body of brother of informant was found near Dhundhnee Bridge in the water. It is further alleged that brother of informant had given Rs. 2 lacs to the petitioner and his wife. It is further alleged that marriage of brother of informant was fixed and he was demanding his dues amount. Therefore, informant has raised suspicion against the petitioner for committing murder of his

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in the written report. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 305/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
