2. The earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2023 in Cr. Appeal No. 3843 of 2022.

3. The stage of trial called for from the learned court below has been received which shows that the trial is going on and out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses, five have been examined.

4. I do not see any fresh ground to reconsider the earlier order passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3843 of 2022 vide dated 21.03.2023. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
