For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Jiwan Prakash Sinha, Adv. For the Respondent/s : None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as with regard to the following prayer made in this writ application; "------- to discharge the statutory obligation to compute and make payment of entire post retiral dues especially the arrear of P.R.C. amount along with the due T.A. amount amounting to about Rs. 5000/- pending since long in the light of the decisions of the 6th Pay Revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.4541 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 Commission's Report with interest."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case in hand is squarely covered by an order passed today in CWJC No. 4446 of 2015 (Ram Chandra Singh Vs. The Chairman, The Bihar State Power Holding Company Ltd. & Ors.) and, therefore, this writ application should also be disposed of in the same terms.

In this case also no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents.

As noted in the case of Ram Chandra Singh (supra), the prayer was only for payment of dues of pay revision. Alike in the case of Ram Chandra Singh, a sum of Rs. 42,194/- has also been shown to be payable to the petitioner in the same letter of the Accounts Officer, Electric Supply Division, Sitamarhi dated 19.7.2014.

Thus, this writ application is also disposed of in terms of the order passed today in the case of Ram Chandra Singh (supra).

It is, however, made clear that the amount of traveling allowance claimed in this writ application being not a retirement benefit and also not covered by the order passed in the case of Ram Chandra Singh (supra), the petitioner will not be entitled for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4541 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 payment of the aforesaid amount of traveling allowance on the strength of this order.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
