The petitioner seeks bail in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 62/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Headmaster of the school alleged that petitioner and others came to his school for inspection claiming themselves to be the members of the Central Team. The petitioner and others are said to have demanded Rs. 25,000/- and on refusal the accused persons threatened him to get him suspected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court. The other accused persons have already been enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22300 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 03 months. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka (East Champaran) in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 62/2016.
