Petitioner seeks bail in Dhansoi P.S. Case No.68 of 2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police intercepted a van bearing Registration No.UP63AT-0544 loaded with huge quantity of liquor. The informant alleged that Chitranjan Singh (driver of the vehicle), Suresh Choudhary, Pintu Yadav, Dabloo Yadav (petitioner), Munji Yadav, Baijnath Yadav and Ganesh Singh all managed to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is neither the driver nor the owner of the vehicle. The other

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
