JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-05-2015 Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.4, Comptroller, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur that the dispute with regard to advance taken, vouchers deposited and subsequent demand made from the petitioner will be examined and decided within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The payment of salary, which has been withheld, is ordered to be paid to the petitioner for the reason that since the petitioner happens to be a permanent employee of the University all the dispute about advance etc. and variation therein can always be recovered from the salary, if need be. 40% salary will be considered for payment immediately after the exercise,
