Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 is husband's brother of the victim whereas petitioner no. 2 is the wife of petitioner no. 1. Learned counsel submits that there is no evidence that these petitioners killed the deceased. Furthermore, the husband of the victim is already in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8472 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2015, with the condition that petitioner no. 1 would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch, till two witnesses are examined in the case, failing which his bail bond would be cancelled.
