JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 103 and 104 of Indian Trade Mark Act and sections 63 and 64 of Copy Right Act.
It is alleged that from the shop of the petitioner huge quantity of duplicate Dabour medicines and duplicate wrappers of honey and oil were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from 100% disability as he is completely visually impaired and a certificate to that effect has been brought on record as Annexure 2.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13553 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of disability of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bikramganj in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 242 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
