JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Barauni P.S. Case No.77 of 2017 registered under Sections 188, 290 of I.P.C.r/w -30(a) Bihar Excise Act.

Allegation in brief is that the police, on secret information, recovered 76 bottles of foreign liquor of Royal Stag each containing 180 ml and 48 pieces of the same brand each containing 375 ml concealed under haystack kept under the campus of the old Electricity office and police also apprehended on the spot one co-accused Anil Chaudhary, who disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no material against him except disclosure of

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anil Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
