2. The present petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 56271 of 2019 which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the order dated 04.09.2019.

3. It is submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.09.2019 could not be complied with within the stipulated time. In any event the requisites for notices have been filed belatedly on 07.02.2020.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 56271 of 2019 is restored to its original file. Office to proceed accordingly.
