JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 for the offence under sections 30, 30(A), 38(1)(II) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. The case was registered against one Santosh Kumar and the present petitioner by the police inspector of Runni Saidpur police station after seizure of 7 cartoons liquor from the car bearing registration no. WB-02Z-2797. The driver of the car Santosh Kumar was apprehended by the police at the time of seizure of the liquor was granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23260 of 2017.

Having regard to the parity of the case, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22404 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
