Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 453 of 2021 lodged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohbition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15.06.2022 provisional bail has been granted to the petitioner. He further submits that at the time of granting provisional bail, direction was also given to Chief Secretary, Bihar to submit an action taken report. The said report has been filed vide order dated 26.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 14296 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14593 of 2022(6) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 2022.

In this background the said order has been complied with. Let the provisional bail of the petitioner vide order dated 15.06.2022, is hereby confirmed and this case is hereby disposed of.
