The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on protest being made against grazing of crops by the buffalos of the accused persons, the informant was assaulted and abused by calling caste name. The informant received four injuries, one of them was grievous in nature.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13400 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.189 of 2013, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
