ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Parties vide A.B.P. No.53 of 2015 by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 527 of 2014.

On going through the impugned order, I find that the Sessions Judge, Nalanda, had considered the merits of the case and found the Private Opposite Parties fit to be released on anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13744 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 Considering that no ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the Opposite Parties is made out, the application stands rejected.
