This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Five liters of country made liquor was recovered from the out-house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2017 and submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Special Case No. 56 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Saharsa, or successor Court.
