Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is on suspicion against the petitioner and his son. Son of the petitioner was allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3 after framing of the charge.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20251 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 Barhara Police Station Case No. 183 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
