Ms.Meena Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding co-accused persons having been apprehended by the Police and stolen motorcycle is said to have been seized whereafter the accused persons arrested by the Police Party had disclosed the name of the petitioner herein and thereafter the Police Party had raided the house of the petitioner and one stolen motorcycle was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13312 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 04.11.2018. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit cash security for the purposes of grant of regular bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for release of the petitioner, above named, on regular bail subject to deposit of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand) before the concerned trial court as well as subject to such other conditions as may be imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018.

It is needless to state that the aforesaid amount of Rs. 20,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the concerned trial court shall be subject to the final outcome of the trial. The bail petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid terms.
