2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya O.P.) Case No. 62 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members with iron rod and sticks, as a result of which, they sustained injuries. Thereafter, they also looted their gold ornaments and Rs. 50,000/-.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is land dispute between
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13638 of 2025(5) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 the parties. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya O.P.) Case No. 62 of 2022 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
7. The petitioners will appear in the court on each and every date fixed by the trial court till framing of charges.
