The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Accusation is of assaulting the informant, his wife and mother by iron rod.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of serious land dispute for the occurrence of 28.4.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 08.05.2014, whereas the petitioners' side lodged the case against informant on the alleged date of occurrence i.e. 08.05.2014.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11758 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 and the case lodged by the petitioners' side, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
