JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 06-05-2015 Learned counsel for the State submits that two review applications have been filed on the question of refund after the matter was disposed of by the Supreme Court in S.L.A. (C) No.22484/2011 by order dated 1.2.2012 and the same are still pending.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for refund in accordance with the orders that may be passed in the civil review applications.
