The petitioner has been in custody since 08.12.2017 in connection with Special Excise Case No. 3000 of 2017 arising out of Degarwa P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No. 3000/17 arising out of Degarwa
