The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Giriyak P.S. Case No. 318/15 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 224, 225, 353, 333, 337, 504, 506, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Sri Vindhyachal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that although there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the petitioners have got criminal antecedents as stated in Para 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got rich criminal antecedents and both the petitioners have got more than a dozen of cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Giriyak P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9931 of 2016 (7) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the same is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender in the court below, the court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners without being prejudiced by this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
