In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 06 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 120-B, 177, 193, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made that the petitioner, being In-charge Headmaster of the upgraded Middle School has fraudulently issued the transfer certificate of the accused Kundan Kumar, who is an accused in connection with Makhdukpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 and Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.15418 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 everything has been manipulated by the Clerk and, keeping the petitioner in dark, he obtained his signature and the petitioner has been made an escape goat in the present case. The petitioner is the In-charge Headmaster of the school concerned and has issued the certificate. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law expeditiously preferably on the same day of surrender of the petitioner.
