The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 469 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of Farsa causing head injury. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries and both parties are next door neighbors. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the fact that injury sustained by the informant is grievous in nature which is attributed to this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-
