This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the Title Suit No.46 of 2007. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested in depositing the cost of Rs.3,000/- by the State as on account of non-depositing the said cost the Title Suit is held up.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Judge, VII, Araria/ transferee Judge to dispose of the Title Suit No.46 of 2007 within one year from the
