JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 This writ application is on limited issue as the petitioners want disposal of R.A. Case No. 103 of 1991-92 which was filed by Md. Khalil Mian and after his death petitioner no. 2 was substituted. Similarly, R.A. No. 104 of 1991-92 was filed on behalf of Gaurishankar Sah and others and, after death of Gaurishankar Sah, his heirs were substituted and after the death of Jodha Raut, petitioner no. 1 was substituted. Both the applications have been filed under section 45-B of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act for reopening of Land Ceiling Case No. 40/73-74 as the petitioners claim that their ancestors have purchased the land in the year 1961-62.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being
