2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barsoi (Kanchana O.P.) P.S. Case No.-223 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the son of the informant had gone to Karanpur, as he was in love affair. It is further alleged that on the next morning, the informant came to learn about the death of her son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15425 of 2024(2) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13459 of 2024 and petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 612 of 2023 arising out of Barsoi Kanchana O.P.) P.S. Case No.223 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar with following conditions:- (I) One of the bailors shall be own/close member of the family of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court will have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
