The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 153A, 295, 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation against the petitioners that they, being the bank officials, came to the shop of the informant and forcibly took away different articles. It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 13/14.01.2010 but the complaint petition was filed on 22.01.2010. Prior to lodging of this complaint
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14957 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 petition, the petitioners filed a case against the complainant bearing Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 45/10.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram in Complaint Case No. 109 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
